Every business is different, so I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Your monthly cost depends on:

Phase 1: Account Health Check
Investment: $250 (One-Time)
I perform a complete review of your active QuickBooks Online file to identify exactly what is working and what needs attention. If you choose to move forward with me, this $250 is credited directly toward your cleanup or onboarding cost.
Phase 2: Historical Cleanup
Investment: Custom Project Quote
Before we start regular monthly tracking, we need a clean starting line. I untangle past entries, remove duplicate transactions, and get your records completely balance for the year.
Phase 3: Regular Monthly Bookkeeping
Investment: Based on Data Complexity
Once your books are completely caught up, we move into a predictable monthly.
Starter Tier | Starting at $350/month Best for solopreneurs and service providers with straightforward finances, running up to 2 active accounts and minimal monthly transactions.
Growth Tier | Starting at $600/month Best for growing small businesses running multiple accounts, credit cards, or online payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal).
Established Tier | Starting at $900/month Best for mature service operations managing active payroll entries, sales tax filings, or high transaction volumes across multiple accounts.
Note: QuickBooks Online subscription fees are billed separately. Ongoing monthly fees are processed via automatic recurring billing on the 1st of each month.

Notary Services
Mobile Notary Services

Standard Notarizations: $15 per notarized signature (California State Maximum)
Loan Signing Packages: $125 – $200 flat rate (includes travel and full document package processing).
Travel & Convenience Fees:
Local Long Beach: $25 – $50 (depending on time of day/traffic).
Greater Los Angeles: $75 – $125 (depending on distance and traffic).
Special Surcharge: +$25 for evening (after 4 PM) or weekend appointments.
Exclusive Benefit for Bookkeeping Clients
Notary services available to both bookkeeping clients and the general public. Bookkeeping clients receive waived travel fees for notarizations done during regular business hours.
